Casa Sam is managed by mother and son team, Nicole and Adolfo Bella.
The family villa was first introduced to Nicole, an Australian, when she meet her husband Daniele 25 years ago. At the time the property was owned by their American artist friends, Bob Miller and Ed Wittstein, who had always been very close friends of the Bella family. The house still retains the original name given by the two New Yorkers. Nicole and her family took ownership of the house in 2018 and renovated the property, enhancing many of its original features, while bringing it up to todays modern standards.
