An Authentic Italian Dinner

At Casa Sam, our in-house chef is Daniele Bella, life long head chef and son of the founder of the famed "Da Adolfo Positano" restaurant. 

From the age of 8, he grw worked as his family's restaurant and was immediately drawn to the kitchen, where he and his father crafted the menu that still stands today. 

He took over the reins from his father many years ago and also opened Da Adolfo in Sydney that he operated for roughly a decade, bringing his father and his food outside of italy and adding a more refined touch. 

His philosophy with food is simple; Fresh, local and uncomplicated. "Food that fills the heart, mind and body".

Although Daniele has stepped away from Da Adolfo for a few years, we are lucky to have him still gracing the kitchen for our guests at Casa Sam with private dinners and cooking classes.
